Connected accounts
When you link external accounts, you authorize us to access that information on a read-only basis to provide our services. You confirm you have the right to connect those accounts. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by third-party institutions.
Fees and subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and you can cancel anytime from your account settings. Fees are described on our Pricing page and may change with notice.
Intellectual property
Veroxity and all related content, features, and branding are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms don't grant you any ownership rights — only a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee specific financial outcomes. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Veroxity isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You can stop using Veroxity and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Some provisions — such as those on intellectual property and liability — survive termination.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll notify you and update the "Last Updated" date above. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Veroxity operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
